Things To Do This Week

The Reception Gallery is centrally located by the academy's main entrance. The gallery has high ceilings and many people are passing through every day. This room has been occupied the entire week 12 by MA2-students Alexander Slotten (Graphic Design and Illustration) and Camilla Reinfjell (Fashion and Costumes). Why?

  • The two design students have used this room as a scene to explore method. They had prepared a time table for the daily workshops and conversations that would take place during the week. On wednesday singing teacher Tyra Fure Brandsæther held a workshop about singing. On friday dancer Magdalene Solli did a performance wearing a ball gown made by Reinfjell and a mask made by Slotten. The material that accumulated during the week were curated and exhibited on friday evening.

  • The photos are taken at the exhibiton opening 16/3/2018.
