Book launch: Bøkenes hamskifte
Bøkenes hamskifte (the molting of the books) investigates the library book as a subject for artistic research. The book is a collaborative project with Deichmanske bibliotek (Oslo Public Library) and explores the future of the books before, and after, the library moves to its new home in Bjørvika. Welcome to book launch at the library of Oslo National Academy of the Arts Monday May 23rd at 18:00.
- The book contains three essays and a documentary photo-essay. The authors are Martin Lundell (Oslo National Academy of the Arts), Oddvar Thorsen (Oslo Public Library) og Theodor Barth (Oslo National Academy of the Arts). The photo essay is by Steffen Kørner, who is a master in design from 2014. The editing is done by Ellef Prestsæter (IFIKK/UiO). Read more about the book at KHIO's websites.
