Workshop at Biblo Tøyen
In October, the MA1-students held a workshop for local youth at the Biblo Tøyen library. The students had prepared several exercises in visual storytelling, but these plans were quickly rejected. It turned out that the young participants found it more interesting to play around with the bookbinding equipment.
- Biblo Tøyen is a youth library located in the Tøyen area in Oslo. The workshop was arranged in collaboration with Biblo Tøyen and Transnational Arts Production. The purpose was to inspire local youth. The workshop lasted for only two days, but hopefully the participants will continue to make their own books at home.
